Request for Multimedia, Photography and Video Services

Before You Submit Your Request

Please review the following information before completing the form:

  • Reserve your event location first.
    Event spaces must be booked through Institutional Services and Events before submitting this request form.
  • Complete all required information.
    Your request is not considered confirmed until you receive an email confirmation after submitting the form.
  • Photography requests:
    Before submitting your request, you may check the for availability.
  • Zoom meetings and webinars:
    If you need video conferencing support for a Zoom meeting or webinar, please submit a  instead.
  • Live event recording and livestreaming:
    We provide video recording and livestreaming services for live events. Please submit requests as early as possible and no later than one week before your event.
  • Video production services:
    We offer the use of the BTC Auditorium, Maureen Stapleton Theatre, and our studio for faculty and staff programs and presentations. For interviews, classroom recordings, lectures, and other video production projects, please provide several weeks' notice to allow for proper planning and staffing.
