The following resources are shared with students each week through Student Announcements:
- Monday’s Minutes of Meditation
Guided meditations courtesy of covering a variety of wellness topics to help students relax and reduce stress. - Wednesday's Words of Wellness
Weekly information, tools, and links discussing a wide range of wellness related topics to foster a holistic approach to wellness and achieving one's goals. - Friday Feels
An upbeat end to the week, featuring motivational music videos, that allow students to feel more connected with their minds and bodies. The lyrics in a song can allow us to feel validated, heard, connected, uplifted, reinforced, moved, and motivated.

Action for Happiness
is a movement of people committed to building a happier and more caring society. People who want to see a fundamentally different way of life — where people care less about what they can get just for themselves and more about the happiness of others.
Each month, they create action calendars that are packed with actions you can take to help create a happier and kinder world. Counseling and Wellness Services staff will highlight these action calendars to facilitate a happier and kinder state of being for our campus community.
Relaxation Room
The Relaxation Room, located in the Siek Campus Center (Suite 260) provides students with a quiet space to engage in self-care and coping activities including bibliotherapy, listening to music, meditations, etc.
